The restoratative approach to Discipline was adopted in 1991. The Beta/Counselling Form aims to get pupils to be accountable for their behaviour and conduct. The pupils are guided to reflect on their misbehaviour and are guided to correct themselves.
External agencies are called upon to conduct workshops on human sexuality as well as personal grooming and social etiquette. Career talks and visits are organised to provide pupils with Educational Career Guidance. The OSCAR computer software provides an opportunity for pupils to explore vocational choices and to match them with their interests and abilities.
Under the guidance of the form teachers, in partnership with the respective Heads of Level,
Class Committees learn to manage their own classes better in four areas – discipline, maintenance, studies and welfare. Class spirit is fostered through working as an organised class.
